SPECTATORS
Advance spectator tickets available for $20, kids 12 and under are free. Get your advance tickets here before they're gone. Advance ticket sales will be available until midnight July 11, 2024.
Spectator tickets will be available at the gate for $30, kids 12 and under are free. CASH ONLY!
Everyone attending the Hammer Land will be asked to show proof of ticket purchase at the gate and will be issued a wrist band. Spectators and those participating in the race will have different coloured bands. Please stay in designated spectator areas. If you are caught on course or in a restricted area without the proper wrist band, you will be asked to leave the premises. It is for all attendees safety we ask spectators to stay in spectator safe areas. Please refer to map.
GETTING HERE

RACE DETAILS
RACE FORMAT
Wheel to wheel heat racing. Start order and heats will be determined by a single qualifying lap.
Heat sizes and lap counts to be determined based on number of entries per class.
All vehicles will run a 1 lap qualifying lap for position for their qualifying heat.
Qualifying Heats
Stock will run a 10 lap qualifying heat to determine starting position for the championship heat.
Pro-Mod will run a 10 lap qualifying heat to determine starting position for the championship heat.
Unlimited will be split into two groups based on qualifying times to run a 10 lap qualifying heat to determine starting position for the championship heat.

Stock will run a 10 lap championship heat to determine the races winner.
Pro-Mod will run a 10 lap championship heat to determine the races winner.

Each race will begin with a rolling start (parade lap) led by a pace car. The pace care will pull off course just before the start/finish line at which point the green flag will drop and the race is live.
*Do not pass the pace car on the parade. The green flag will drop once the pace car is clear of the course.
SEASON POINTS
Season points will be awarded based on the finish order of the championship heat.
If you fail to advance to the championship heat, your points will be awarded in order of finish after points awarded to championship heat competitors.
BONUS POINTS
One (1) bonus point will be awarded to the series standing for the driver with the fastest qualifying time in each class and one (1) bonus point will be awarded to the driver with the fastest lap in each class.

Race participants (drivers/co-drivers), must fill out the digital waiver at registration. Participants under the age of 18 must complete a waiver along with their parent/guardian. Once waiver is completed and payment received, participants will receive participant wrist bands.
Please hand in exact race fees (change will NOT be available). Entry fee and waivers will be collected at ehMEDIA.ca Registration booth prior to going on course - refer to map for location of booth. Once Waivers/Payments are confirmed, you will proceed to track entrance for the parade lap.
*PLEASE NOTE, WAIVERS ARE TO BE DONE ONLINE AND CONFIRMED AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE. PLEASE HAVE YOUR SMARTPHONE WITH YOU TO SHOW PROOF OF WAIVER.

TECH INSPECTION
Tech will be done by Greasy Clown Motorsports on a first come first serve basis. All drivers must be teched before they can qualify and are responsible for finding Marek, JP, Joel or Bill to conduct the tech inspection. Tech will be available Friday afternoon and Saturday morning before qualifying.
PITS
Only tools/fuel/tires/etc. are allowed to be left at your pit. You MUST have your pit set up by 9:00 am race day.
If you are caught using outside help you will be assessed a 2 lap penalty. Maximum speed while in pit area is 5KM/H
RECOVERY CREW/COURSE OFFICIALS
Recovery crew will be stationed throughout the course. Should you roll over, get stuck, break down, etc. they are there to help you (ie: roll you back on your wheels, pull you out, assist you with tools, change a tire, etc.). Recovery is NOT there to do your work or co-driver duties, they are there to assist if they can in a safe manner.
You are allowed to continue racing after they assist you. There is no penalty for accepting their help.
FLAGS
Green – go
Yellow – CAUTION. Slow down. No passing!
Red – stop until further instructed
Black – exit course for safety violation or other
White – final lap
Checkers – race is over. Safely exit the course and return to your campsite Flag stations may be set up around the course with checkered and white flag only at the start/finish area.
PENALTIES
If you are assessed a penalty, your 1 lap penalty, the penalty will be taken off your total completed lap meaning if completed 5 laps prior to curfew, your completed laps will be scored as 4.
SPORTMANSHIP
Absolutely no nerfing or bumping other vehicles.
If you are caught by a faster car please pull over when safe to do so and allow them to pass.
If you break down do your best to get off course so others may get around you.
Do not intentionally block the course. Pull to the side to allow others to pass.
MOST IMPORTANTLY – we are racing to have fun! See rule #166!
